Learning Resources Word Construction is a nuts and bolts approach to making and spelling words! Start with consonant, vowel, consonant, and make a word. Then, turn any piece to make a new word. Students can progress to making longer words, with each bolt holding up to 4 nuts. Includes 6 bolts and 30 printed nuts (enough for multiple students), storage bucket, and activities aligned to the Common Core. Bolts measure 5 L inches, nuts 2-1/2 L inches. Ages 5 and up.
